What is your return policy?
We get it — sometimes things don’t vibe.
You can return any item within 7 days of delivery if:
- It’s unworn, unused, and the tag is intact
- It hasn’t been damaged after delivery
Just drop us a mail at info@theediarchive.com with your Order ID (you’ll find it in your confirmation email) and the email ID you ordered with.
Here’s how it works:
- We deduct a ₹150 processing fee
- If you chose Cash on Delivery, the ₹100 COD fee is non-refundable
- Store credit will be issued within 10–15 days from the return initiation date, after QC is done
