SHIPPING POLICY – The Edi Archive

At The Edi Archive, we believe in delivering happiness—made-to-order and made with love.


📦 Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

  • You will receive a shipping tracking link via email only once your order is dispatched.

  • Please ensure you provide a valid and active email ID at checkout for real-time tracking updates.

  • We ship using reliable partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, Amazon Shipping, Ekart, DTDC, and Shiprocket.


🚚 Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities (India): 2–3 working days after dispatch

  • Non-Metro Areas: 4–10 working days depending on pincode

  • International Orders: Estimated 14–20 working days, subject to customs clearance


🌍 International Shipping

  • We do ship internationally!

  • Shipping rates vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.

  • If your country is not listed at checkout, please email us at info@theediarchive.com and we’ll assist you with a manual order.

  • Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.


💸 Shipping & COD Charges (India)

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹599

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available at a flat rate of ₹100

  • COD is not available for orders above ₹2500


🔁 Order Consolidation & Risk Management

  • If we receive multiple orders from the same customer within 24 hours, we may:

    • Request prepayment,

    • Club the shipments into one, or

    • Cancel the order if the details are incomplete or there's a high RTO risk.

  • The Edi Archive reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

    • Incorrect address or contact details

    • Unserviceable pincode

    • High RTO risk

    • Suspected fraudulent activity

    • Product being permanently out of stock

  • In case of cancellation of a prepaid order due to our error (e.g. out of stock), a full refund will be issued.

  • No refunds are issued for COD orders cancelled due to customer-side issues.


Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • You can request cancellation within 4 hours of placing the order by emailing info@theediarchive.com.

  • Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
