💜 Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy

At The Edi Archive, every piece is made-to-order with intention—to avoid unnecessary waste and stay true to our zero-landfill commitment. We understand that sometimes, things might not fit quite right—and we’ve made the process a little easier for you.

🔁 How to Request a Return or Exchange

You can now request a return or exchange directly from the Orders page within 7 days of delivery, as long as:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and has its original tag intact

  • The product passes our internal Quality Check (QC)

Each order is eligible for one return or exchange only.

🚚 Return Shipping Options

You have two choices:

Option Fee Deducted
We arrange a pickup ₹150
You ship it to us yourself ₹100

Please note: COD charges are non-refundable.

🎟️ Store Credit

  • After successful QC, store credit will be issued within 24–48 hours.

  • This credit will be sent to the email or phone number associated with the order.

  • Store credit has no expiry and can be used anytime by logging in to your account.

  • Credit is non-transferable.

🔄 Size Exchanges

  • You can request a size exchange for ₹199.

  • We highly recommend checking the Size Chart before placing your order.

  • Clearance Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

🧼 Quality Check (QC) Guidelines

  • Products must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

  • Items that do not pass QC will not be accepted for return or exchange.

🚫 Refunds

We do not offer refunds, as each product is custom-made just for you. By choosing Edi, you’re supporting a thoughtful, sustainable fashion system.

🛠️ Defective Product Claims

If you receive a defective item, please share the following within 24 hours of delivery:

  • Unboxing video

  • Clear photos and explanation of the issue

Claims without valid proof may be rejected and are subject to a ₹250 business loss fee.
